Preparation for:
Frozen Vegetables for Soup (400gm)
Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

3 Cups of chicken or meat stock
Frozen Vegetables for Soup

Preparation

1-Bring 3 cups of chicken or meat stock to a boil in a sauce pot.

2-Add 1 package (400 gram) of the frozen Vegetables for Soup.

3-Simmer on a moderate heat for about 10 minutes until desired tenderness.

4-Season to taste with salt and lemon juice as desired. Serve it hot.
